The Conjuring 2 is based on a true story which happened in Brimsdown, England James Wan's direction and the stellar performances from the cast as well as some brilliant camerawork from Don Burgess makes this movie, an engaging watch. The movie introduces Valak - the demonic nun, but there is no "backstory" or "character detailing" of this character in the movie. This is the only drawback of the script while the screenplay is good as it is backed by some brilliant direction from James Wan.
Madison Wolfe delivers a stunning performance as Janet Hodgson.The music by Joseph Bishara is terrific and works well for the movie. The movie will be a treat to genre fans as it has some good jumpscares and is a must watch for its spine tingling chills.
