Mohanlal had a great 2016 and now has a great start to 2017 with Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol. He delivers a solid performance as Ulahannan in this RomCom. The movie is based on the short story "Pranayopanishad" by VJ James. The Songs composed by Bijibal and M. Jayachandran are good and functional. The main plot of the movie revolves around how parents can influence their children during their childhood till adolescence. The movie is a light hearted entertainer which can be watched by all age groups and passes on a good social message. Bindu Panickar, Anoop Menon, Alancier and Sharafudeen tickles our funny bone at the right occasions in the movie. Screenplay by M. Sindhuraj is good and Jibu Jacob has done a splendid job directing this family entertainer. Climax is a definite highlight of the movie. Pramod K Pillai's excellent camerawork works well for the movie.
Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol is a good family movie that should be enjoyed with your families.
